Happy Birthday Jackson!!

Wow -- how fast 5 years goes by!! Happy birthday to my very first little boy -- the boy that made me a Dad!

Jackson, you really seemed to have had a great day -- I had a wonderful time with you and your friends at recess and lunch today. It was special to spend time with you at school. You were so animated, I can tell you are doing fine in your new class.

Your teacher told me how excited you are to be 5, and she said you told her all the things you wanted to get for your birthday. I hope we got you the things you wanted -- I know you love the laboratory and the dinosaur books and toys. I'm glad we had a chance to go to dinner at your favorite restaurant (El Meson) and have enchiladas and puff queso. Ice cream afterwards was a treat too!

I hope all your birthdays are as peaceful and happy -- and that you always celebrate them with your friends and your family. Thank you for being my son and making me a Dad. You are very special!
